The cold rolling process of galvanized seamless pipes requires rough rolling at the lowest possible temperature to deform the martensite, in order to improve the nucleation rate of galvanized seamless pipes. The purpose of finishing rolling in the galvanized steel pipe area and selecting a higher uncoiling temperature is to obtain a coarse grained galvanized steel pipe body and reduce the strength of hot rolled coils. The traditional hot rolling process requires the final rolling temperature to be above the change point to prevent cold rolling in the change zone. Otherwise, the physical properties of hot rolled strip steel will be uneven due to sudden changes in flow stress, and the product thickness will be uneven. Cold rolling of galvanized steel pipes involves the transformation of martensite into galvanized steel pipes before the rolled piece enters the finishing press. Rough rolling is still carried out in a fully martensitic state, and then the temperature of the hot rolled strip is reduced to a variable temperature.

The main nitriding method for galvanized steel pipes is to use a nitriding furnace, place the galvanized steel pipes in a rack, and then use a driver to lift the product workpiece and place it on the furnace bottom for heating. In addition, a nitriding furnace with a furnace door weight lifting design can be produced, and the workpiece can be vertically heated to the wall according to the special tool for hanging on the wall. The furnace shell of a nitriding furnace is generally driven by a reduction motor and an electric automatic elevator. After the furnace cover is closed, the anchor bolts should also be clamped to ensure the airtightness of the nitriding furnace vacuum pump. Vacuum packaging is performed first, and then N2 is introduced for nitriding heat treatment. Nitriding treatment of galvanized steel pipes refers to an organic chemical heat treatment method in which certain substances, at a certain temperature, make the surface of the workpiece become the product of an organic chemical heat treatment process.

Obviously, since the heating temperature of the cold rolled slab in the galvanized steel pipe area is lower than that of the basic cold rolling, it can greatly reduce heating energy consumption and improve the production capacity of the heat treatment furnace. Lower heating temperatures can also reduce the heating of hot rolled strip steel, thereby reducing fatigue cracking and cracking caused by internal stress, and reducing wear of hot rolled strip steel; Ultra low temperature cold rolling can also reduce secondary zinc dust. Improve the surface quality of hot rolled products, and also improve the operating speed of the pickling and passivation line. Life practice has proven that replacing traditional cold rolled, quenched, and hot rolled strip steel with thin hot rolled strip steel produced by hot-rolling galvanized steel pipes can greatly reduce product costs.
